What is the present status of the resources I have? (scale yourselves on a scale of 1 to 10) What needs to improve? How it can be done? What will be the future status of my resources? Identifying the roles of each resource is the key word here.

"Part of flock": Boon or bane?

Flocks  have always been considered a safe territory for many species and still holds true for human beings.  Good flocks-“Birds of the same feathers flock together, and when they flock together they fly so high.” Bad flocks - "Being a part of the flock limits your capability" Choose your clan carefully as its your clan that decides your thoughts, vision and capability is one school of thought.
