Flocks have always been considered a safe territory for many species and still holds true for human beings.
Good flocks-“Birds of the same feathers flock together, and when they flock together they fly so high.”
Bad flocks - "Being a part of the flock limits your capability"

Choose your clan carefully as its your clan that decides your thoughts, vision and capability is one school of thought.
The other thought says "Ekla Chalo Re" i.e. sing your own tune alone.

Choosing your clan may help you gain their experiences and reach new heights by understanding the mistakes that they made.
Even though you are part of a clan, your decision to choose is the power you own.

When it comes to dentistry, there is no denying the fact that following a knowledgeable, progressive clan with persistence is the way to go about it. But at the same time you have to stand out of the crowd in your own city by your positioning.

Fire to retire

We as Dentists are way too casual to take out retirement seriously. Honestly retirement is not on the task list of most Dentists and even if it is there, it is not accomplished untill it is too late. Financial knowledge is the last knowledge we want to attain either because we do not have resources or we find it awkward to ask for help. Why is your exit plan or retirement plan important as a dentist? 😃The show must go on even if you are gone. 😃You cannot work all your life 😃You do not want to be dependant on your kids 😃You want to enjoy every bit of life 😃Things will never be the same and so will be your income 😃You want to command respect and not demand it at that stage of life 😃The systems and the practice you have generated doesn't go in vain and keeps on serving people. 😃Reasons are plenty if you think a little deeper.
